1. Who We Are

Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd. is a national systems architecture firm incorporated in Ghana. We design, build and operate digital infrastructure platforms for governments, financial institutions and their partners. Contact: privacy@agenticstechnology.tech

2. Data We Collect

We collect data only through our deployed platforms (UBL, AYL, NFEIS, AKOMA-NIS, GIGGS, NEIS-24 and others) when users register or interact with those systems. Data types include: identity data (national ID, biometric reference, contact details), behavioural and transactional data, and institutional data from partner integrations. We do not collect data without explicit consent.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the platform for which it was collected, generate intelligence products (scores, profiles, dashboards) as described in each platform's documentation, and comply with legal obligations to regulators including the Bank of Ghana, FIC and GRA.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is conducted under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012, platform-specific enabling legislation, and explicit user consent obtained at registration. Users may withdraw consent subject to statutory retention obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with: institutions authorised by users via platform API consent flows; regulators as required by applicable law; and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

6. Your Rights

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012: right to access, correct, delete (subject to retention obligations), appeal scoring decisions, and complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

7. Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Immutable audit logs record all access events. ISO 27001 practices apply. Independent penetration testing conducted quarterly.
