Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing any Agentics platform, API or website, you accept these Terms. Institutional access requires authority to bind your organisation. These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law.

2. Platform Access

Agentics platforms are available only to licensed institutions, verified government partners and approved integrators under a signed API Licence Agreement. Unauthorised access, reverse engineering or data resale is prohibited.

3. Data Use

All data accessed via Agentics APIs may only be used for purposes stated in your Licence Agreement. Combination with third-party datasets requires written consent. All queries are logged and audited.

4. Intellectual Property

All Agentics platform architecture, scoring methodologies, APIs and documentation are owned by Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd. No IP licence is granted except under a signed agreement.

5. Liability

Agentics intelligence products are informational. Decisions made using Agentics data remain the sole responsibility of the using institution. Agentics accepts no liability for consequential losses.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Accrued obligations survive termination.
